To learners and leaders, Holistic Consulting encourages reflection and intentionality in identity-centered professional and program development. We believe in the transformation of mindset, practice and culture in learning communities where teachers and students are seen and heard.

With the addition of in-person experiences through workshops and off-site social gatherings, Holistic aims to create spaces where leaders can reset through wellness, connection, and networking.

  • Possibility

    We understand how bureaucratic and mundane our current education system has become. Stuck within these outdated lines, educators often feel discouraged to adapt new mindsets and teachings.

    The act of reimagining what can happen, what one can do and what it looks like is where change happens. Shifting to a space of difference shapes our learners and leaders, changing what they know is possible.

  • Power

    Having agency over our practice empowers our education leaders and in turn, encourages our learners. Once we build a strong locus of control, we take ownership of how we show up for our children and for each other.

  • Purpose

    The intentional connection between one’s self and one’s imprint on the world speaks to one’s calling. If we want to show up on purpose, we have to walk in our purpose. Taking a human-centered approach to education and ed-adjacent spaces, we fuel learners and leaders to find their reason of being.
